Yep. In keeping with the current city COVID-19 guidelines, we applied for outdoor seating and...permission granted! The menu will still be limited, but in our eyes, even a condensed menu created by Chef Yoel Cruz blows other restaurants out of the water.
Diners can start with a crab cake and salmon tartare, or maybe corn chowder or a thirst-quenching tropical fruit gazpacho. Salad fans have their choice between good old Caesar, mixed greens or our personal favorite, quinoa tabbouleh.
Mains are mostly casual: lamb burgers, Yoel's killer sirloin burger, tacos and a pulled herb chicken sandwich. Fancier entrees are also on tap: roasted chicken, grilled salmon and a filet mignon to die for.
Dessert? Pastry chef Alana Ford's chocolate mousse cake or sour cream cheesecake, thankyouverymuch.
Remember, we're still open for both takeout and delivery as well. And for a limited time, bottles of wine are half off. (A true steal, as our cellar contains bottles not readily found at retail wine shops.)
We're super excited about this, because, to tell you the truth, we've missed our customers. So come join us and dine with a view of Washington Square Park. It doesn't get any better than that.
