Halloween Has Gone to the Dogs

One of the highlights of the Halloween season here in the city is the annual Tompkins Square Halloween Dog Parade. New Yorkers (and their masters) let their creative flags fly and show up in some of the wildest canine costumes you could imagine. The festivities begin this Sunday, October 20th at noon and last until 3 p.m.

Note: This year, the parade will be held at the East River Park Amphitheater located along side the FDR at Grand Street in East River Park.
