2022 is almost out the door, people! And what better way to send it off, and welcome in 2023, than heading to North Square for one of Chef Yoel Cruz's incredible meals!
Yoel has even dreamt up a few specials:
- New England clam chowder with leeks, fresh herbs and bacon (yum!)
- Seared foie grais with roasted pears in a cranberry glaze
- Roasted wild boar loin with roasted kabocha squash, broccolini and apples in a ginger orange glaze
- Surf and turf! Lobster, petite filet mignon with creamed spinach, garlic mash and a black truffle au jus
- A chocolate decadence cake with salted caramel gelato and pecan praline in a strawberry champagne sauce
Frankly, we can't think of a better way to kiss 2022 goodbye. (You weren't going to start that diet yet anyway, were you?)
