2024 is almost out the door, people! And what better way to celebrate the holidays, and welcome in 2025, than heading to North Square for one of Chef Yoel Cruz's incredible meals!
Yoel has even out together a few specials:
For Christmas Eve:
Lobster bisque with cayenne croutons and tarragon crême fraiche (yum!)
Quinoa stuffed quail in a pomegranate glaze with roasted delicata squash and Swiss chard.
Spice roasted venison loin in a cranberry au jus, with celery root puree, roasted apple and sauteed Chinese broccoli.
Marinated grilled swordfish with a potato frittata, haricots verts and lemon clam curry velouté
For dessert? Why Bûche de Noel, of course! With eggnog mousse, vanilla gelato and a maple rum sauce.
For New Year's Eve:
New England clam chowder with fresh herbs and crispy bacon
Seared foie gras in a cider cranberry glaze with apple salad and rye toast
Grilled veal chop in a Zinfandel au jus with creamy polenta, sautéed mushrooms and herb butter.
Surf and turf! Lobster, petite filet mignon with creamed spinach, garlic mash and a black truffle au jus
Dessert will be a chocolate decadence cake, with salted caramel gelato and chocolate and raspberry champagne sauces.
Frankly, we can't think of a better way to kiss 2024 goodbye. (You weren't going to start that diet yet anyway, were you?)
