You're almost out of time! Christmas is near and if your little ones don't pay a visit to St. Nick, who knows what the elves will throw together for them?
Hopefully your little one takes to the big guy better than the munchkin above. For your fearless gift-seekers, here's where they can hop on Santa's lap here in the city for free:
Santa's Corner at Bryant Park's Winter Village is open through the 20th. Head to the Rink Deck next to the Chalet where elves will borrow your phone to take a snap of you with Kris Kringle. Complimentary props are on hand to use in your pic. There are also VIP options with skating, for a fee. (Daily from 10 AM - 12 PM)
Head to Hudson Yards for Here Comes Santa Claus , for a BYOC (Bring Your Own Camera) visit. (Mondays-Fridays, 5 - 8 PM, through December 23rd)
Lap-sitting is free Macy's Santaland at it's flagship store on 34th St., but the store will sell you photo packages of your visit starting at $39.99. Reservations are an absolute must. Remember, the Macy's folks know better than anyone else how to do holidays.(Sidenote to Mom and Dad: If you haven't read David Sedaris's Santaland Diaries about his time working as a Macy's elf, do yourself a favor and ask Santa for a copy this year. It. Is. Hilarious.) (Through December 24th)
We hope everyone gets what they wish for this year!
