Spend Thanksgiving With Us!

November 07, 20242 min read

No hours-long prep. No five foot high pile of dishes that everyone, but everyone, tries to avoid. No preparing an assortment of different dishes to satisfy the culinary whims of each and every one of your crazy relatives.

No burnt anything.

Come dine with us at North Square on the big day. We've got something for everyone, and you won't have to peel a potato, wash a platter, or, even better, argue with your sister about whose pecan pie is the family gold standard.

FOR THE PURIST: Lovers of the traditional turkey feast (here!) will love the free range Hudson Valley turkey with seven grain stuffing and homemade gravy, paired with cranberry relish and a choice of garlic mashed potatoes or sweet potato puree. Start with a roasted butternut squash soup with fennel cream, toasted pumpkin seeds and dill.

FOR THE "I HATE TURKEY" BRIGADE: Fill your tummies with a roasted venison loin in a juniper au jus with Shiitake mushrooms, wilted Swish chard and roasted sweet potatoes. Or herb-crusted rack of lamb in a rosemary wine au jus with a potato and leek galette and charred brussels sprouts.

FOR THE PESCATARIAN: How about a coriander-crusted salmon in a citrus soy sauce with a coconut and wakame rice timbale and shiitake mushrooms? (Seriously, where else would you find this on Turkey Day?) Start the meal off with a jumbo crab cake with green papaya salad.

FOR THE VEGETARIAN THAT STILL REALLY LOVES THANKSGIVING (JUST WITHOUT THE BIRD):  Yup, there's an Autumn harvest salad with roasted Delicata squash and other tasty stuff, plus an endive salad. But you can also request a vegetarian plate of mixed sides, and let's face it, the turkey is the least important part of Thanksgiving, isn't it? Bring on the stuffing, mash and cranberry sauce!

FOR EVERYONE EXCEPT MAYBE YOUR IMPOSSIBLY PICKY COUSIN JOE (BUT HE'S A LOST CAUSE ANYWAY): Pumpkin pie with cinnamon whipped cream, bourbon sauce and caramelized pumpkin seeds; chocolate mousse cake with bitter chocolate ice cream, chocolate/caramel sauce and a chopped Heath bar; pecan pie with vanilla gelato and a rum toffee sauce. Plus key lime pie and a variety of gelatos and sorbets.

Yeah, we're pretty sure that pie will be better than both yours and your sister's!

The dinner is a three-course, $80 prix-fixe affair and you can make reservations here.

Let us spoil you this Thanksgiving!
