Bryant Park Movie Nights!

June 18, 20241 min read

Grab a blanket, some snacks, and the one you love (or at least sort of like). Movie nights are back in Bryant Park this summer!

This is the 31st year for the series, and it looks like a great lineup for 2024:

June 24 – Boomerang (2004)

July 1: The Gladiator (2000)

July 8: Old School (2003)

July 15: Funny Face (1957)

July 22: Cinema Paradiso (1988)

July 29: How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days (2003)

August 5: Arrival (2016)

August 12: Titanic (1997)

These Monday night films are all free, but space fills up quickly. The lawn opens at 5 PM, so head there early to get a good spot. Movies will start at dusk--around 8 or 9 PM.

If you forget to bring something to nosh on, have no fear. There will be food and drink, curated by Hester Street Fair, for sale on the Fountain Terrace. Hester Street will serve tacos, pasta, burgers, lobster rolls and more. Wine and beer will also be available for purchase on the eastern side of the lawn beginning at 5 PM.

Movies are almost always rain or shine, but if it does rain, the lawn will be closed and seating will be available on the gravel path surrounding the lawn and throughout the park. (But if there's a thunderstorm, the powers that be will shut the whole thing down.)
